Services and Agreements

Estimates, bids, and project details provided through the Services are subject to the terms of your signed project contract or subcontractor agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that project.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number to White Buffalo Restoration when signing a project contract or subcontractor agreement, or through our application, you agree to receive project-related text messages from us, including appointment and on-the-way alerts, payment reminders, contract notifications, and bid requests.

Message frequency varies based on project activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the information below. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Payments

Payment terms, milestones, and amounts are governed by your signed project contract. Invoices and payment reminders delivered through the Services are for convenience and do not modify the terms of your contract.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials provided through the Services are the property of White Buffalo Restoration LLC and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Buffalo Restoration LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. This does not limit any rights or obligations under a signed project contract.
